Deliveries can take from 7 to 10 working days, from the date of payment confirmation. You will receive the payment confirmation (ex; by email or SMS).
Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, festive season and bank holidays.
You can change the shipping address within 72 hours from the time of order confirmation by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order# and revised shipping address. Our support team will share a confirmation shortly.
We send the tracking details of the order to the registered email id once the shipment is processed. Meanwhile you can reach out to us at email@example.com to get an update regarding your order.
Returns and exchanges
Before you request for a return/exchange please check our return policy to confirm eligibility of the return/exchange.
You can login to your account in our website and request for a return/exchange under your orders.
You can also write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting for a return/exchange.
Once your return/exchange request is accepted, Visamoda will arrange the Items to be picked up from your registered shipping address.
* Once the return pickup is booked you will receive an AWB in your email.
* The AWB copy to be pasted on the return package and kept ready to handover to the delivery executive.
* Once the package is handedover, your return/exchange request will be processed within 3-4 business days.
* Approved items will be refunded to the original payment mode within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation of orders will be accepted only within 4hrs from placing the order.

Refund ID will be shared to your registered email id once the cancellation is processed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
