RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Wrong product/ wrong size
- Defective product
- Product damaged in shipping
- Product tampered
- Return requested within 7days from the order delivery date
If none of the conditions are met we will not accept return/exchange or refund of the order.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase.
- If you change your mind within 4hrs of placing the order, just contact Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
- If your order has already been processed (after 4hrs of order placement), write to us at email@example.com to check possibility of cancellation.
- We do not accept cancellation once the order has been shipped!
Refunds for approved returns will be processed either to the original payment method or store credit depending upon the choice of the customer within 30days.
Returns Policy for Approved Returns:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and the original invoice and packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Lingerie and Swimwear can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Beauty and Fragrance can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
- Exchange of size for clothing and accessories will not be accepted.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address by following the steps below:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org Customer Relations Team to request a new return.
- Once approved receive return AWB (Return Shipment) email.
- Courier partner arranged by Visamoda will collect from your delivery address.
- Your request will be processed in 3 business days
- Approved product amount will be refunded to your bank in 30 days based on the bank process
- Unapproved items will be sent back to the same collection address.
According to the regulations of the Zakat and Income Authority in the GCC the value of 5% VAT is collected on services and products sold within the GCC
Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products sold by Visamoda through its website.
