RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns & Refunds
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase.
- If you change your mind before shipping your order, just contact Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
- If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
Refunds will be made onto the Value of Original Purchase in the form of Shopping Voucher and will be processed within 30days.
We will detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform you of a refund in one of the following cases:
1. Wrong product
2. Defective product
3. Product damaged in shipping
4. Product tampered
General Conditions Applicable to Returns:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and the original invoice and packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
- Lingerie and Swimwear can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Beauty and Fragrance can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Face masks must be returned unworn in their original, unopened, and undamaged product packaging.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address by following the steps below:
- Contact email@example.com Customer Relations Team to request a new return.
- Receive return AWB (Return Shipment) email.
- Courier from your delivery address, and the company to arrange a Courier service
- Your request will be processed in 3 business days
- Approved items will be refunded to your bank in 30 days based on the bank process
- Unapproved items will be sent back to the same collection address.
Please Note perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned. In case of cancellation please contact us within 4 hours of placement of the order.
Item Return Policies:
- Damaged Goods and Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for the return of the item to us using the Returns Process above. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund and free of charges. Where applicable, the refund will include the original Order delivery charges, cash-handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock.

According to the regulations of the Zakat and Income Authority in the GCC the value of 5% VAT is collected on services and products sold within the GCC
Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products sold by Visamoda through its website.
